Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If your return is not approved we will contact you.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

There are no refunds for electronic products or services. Subscriptions and/or memberships include automatic renewal service. This keeps your service up and running by automatically charging the then-current renewal rate to your payment method on file just before they are set to expire, with no further action on your part. You may cancel subscription services at any time by clicking cancel on the subscription order under Order History in your Account Settings.
