Permission to Use Truthought Logo

Organizations that utilize curriculum supplied by Truthought may use the Truthought logo on their website and social media in connection with the Truthought curriculum. By downloading the logo you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You may use the Truthought logo on your webpage and in social media solely in connection with promoting the Truthought curriculum. You agree that you will not remove any trademark designations, or otherwise modify the logo. All goodwill associated with the logo inures to the benefit of Truthought.

2. You agree to include a link to the Truthought Website along with the logo. https://www.truthought.org/

3. You agree that you will not use our logo to imply or otherwise show endorsement of any product or service, or imply overall endorsement of your organization.

4. If we ask you to remove the logo, or modify your use of it, you agree to do so.

5. Truthought may withdraw its permission to use its logo, if we, in our sole judgment believe that your organization has (i) misrepresented your relationship with us or a third party; (ii) engaged in criminal activity; (iii) made misleading or fraudulent statements to customers, contributors, government agencies or other third parties; or (iv) engaged in acts that would adversely affect the name, reputation or goodwill of Truthought. You agree that you will immediately comply with our request in this regard.
